2. After receiving your warranty request our service manager will contact you within one working day.
3. After finding out the problem with your flashlight, you will receive an email stating the address where your flashlight should be sent to (you do not need to send the battery or accessories).
4. Send us a photo / scan of the bill (and tracking number), which confirms sending of your flashlight to our address.
5. Then we will start solving your warranty сase.
6. When the parcel is packed and sent to the return address, our manager will contact you and provide you with a tracking number.

2. Crack on the glass.
3. The problem with tailcap (the reason why the flashlight stops working).
4. The problem with accessories (break, crack).
