4) DATA COLLECTION WHEN YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US

5) DATA PROCESSING WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

In accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. b of DSGVO personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you inform us of it in order to perform a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above mentioned address of the person responsible. We store and use the data you provide for the execution of the contract. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in order to comply with the retention terms specified by tax and commercial law, and after the expiration of these periods they are deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we maintained a right for their legitimate further use, of which we inform you below.

6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the person responsible for the newsletter. After you have unsubscribed, your e-mail address will be deleted immediately from our mailing list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use additional data which is legally permitted and which we inform you about in this declaration.

6.2 Sending newsletters to regular customers

It is carried out in accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. f of DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in the use of an advertising-effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is usually transferred to MailChimp Server in the USA and stored there.

UniSender uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the e-mails sent include Web Beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files, which are stored on our website. This allows determining whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data will be collected only pseudonymously and will not be linked to your further personal data. Direct communication with a specific person is excluded. This data is used only for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to adapt future newsletters to the interests of recipients in a more efficient way.

However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients in order to contact them or send their data to third parties.

6.4 Advertising by post

Based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising, we reserve the right to store your first and last name, postal address - if we have received this additional information from you within the contractual relationship - your title, academic degree, year of birth and your profession, branch or business in accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. f of DSGVO and to use these data to send interesting offers and information about our products by post.

7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER PERFORMANCE

7.1 In order to process your order, we cooperate with the service provider(s) below, which provide full or partial support in the execution of contracts concluded. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

The personal data collected by us will be sent to the transport company responsible for the delivery within the scope of the contract, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. 7.3 Transfer of personal data to delivery service provider - DHL

If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn), we will provide your e-mail address in accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. a of DSGVO before the delivery of the goods for the purpose of reconciliation of delivery date or for delivery notice to DHL, provided that you have given your consent to this during the ordering process. Using Youtube videos
